Comfortable sterilisation in the microwave
We recommend you sterilise the menstrual cup when you begin and after you finish your period. One of the methods of doing this is to sterilise it in the microwave, which is what thesterilizing cup is used for.
The advantages of using thesterilizing cup

Instructions:
Place the menstrual cup in the sterilizing cup and fill it with clean water until 2/3 full. Do not fill the sterilizing cup completely full or it could boil over. The menstrual cup may float, but does not have to be completely submerged (the steam sterilises the entire cup). Place the sterilizing cup in the microwave oven and adjust the power setting so that the water begins to boil in the cup (establish the correct settings by initially observing the cup uncovered). In most cases this will be a medium setting and a time of 3 – 5 minutes.
Do not close the lid completely to allow the steam can escape when the water boils.
Be careful when removing the cup, there is a risk of scalding! You can leave the sterilizing cup in the microwave to cool.
